Huong Diep, PsyD, ABPP, CFT

My background as a Clinical Psychologist and Certified Financial Therapist informs a systems-oriented approach to understanding the emotional and relational dimensions of wealth, particularly within families navigating complexity, achievement, responsibility, and change.

As a second-generation Vietnamese American and eldest daughter of refugees, I’m especially interested in how migration, identity, adaptation, and inherited narratives shape our relationship to money, success, security, and legacy across generations.

My work draws from clinical psychology, family systems, and cross-cultural perspectives to help individuals, families, and advisors better understand the human dynamics that often exist beneath financial decision-making.

I am a member of the Purposeful Planning Institute (PPI) and obtaining my Certification in Family Wealth Management (CFWA) from the Family Firm Institute (FFI).
